Job Responsibilities:

1. Actively expand the sales market for CCL products, formulate individual sales plans, and achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

2. Identify potential customers, gain an in-depth understanding of their needs, and provide professional product introductions and solutions; maintain good customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Monitor industry dynamics, market trends, competitor activities, and changes in customer needs, promptly collect relevant information, and organize and analyze it to provide references for the company’s product development and marketing strategy adjustments.

4. Participate in product promotion activities, exhibitions, seminars, etc., organized by the company, and be responsible for on-site product introductions, demonstrations, and promotional efforts to enhance the company’s product visibility and market share.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Mechanical Manufacturing, Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.

2. Open to fresh graduates; prior sales-related work experience is preferred, with familiarity with the sales processes and market dynamics of the manufacturing industry; candidates with experience in the CCL industry will be given special consideration.

3. Possess driving skills and hold a C1 driver’s license or above, with the ability to adapt to short-term business trips.

4. Demonstrate strong market development capabilities and the ability to integrate customer resources, with the ability to independently develop new customers and maintain customer relationships; possess certain negotiation skills and contract management capabilities to communicate effectively with customers, reach sales agreements, and ensure the smooth execution of contracts.

5. Strong communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of clearly and accurately presenting product information to customers and maintaining effective collaboration and communication with internal departments.

6. Maintain a rigorous and responsible work attitude, pay attention to details, and handle every aspect of the sales process with care to ensure work quality and efficiency.
