  Every batch of products shipped from our factory passes IPC-4101 and IPC-TM-650 industrial-grade benchmark testing. We maintain the following standards for standard boards: warpage ≤ 0.5%, and for high-layer boards ≤ 0.75%; copper thickness uniformity (intra-board variation) ≤ ±5 μm; and thermal delamination time (T-288) ≥ 30 min. We provide you with exclusive assurance: Each batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) upon shipment, and samples of key indicators are preserved at the hardware level for 12 months. Backed by our proprietary “Advance Compensation” guarantee agreement—should a secondary inspection fail to meet standards, we will immediately initiate the return and replacement process within 24 hours and issue an 8D improvement report within 48 hours, ensuring your supply chain operates without any concerns.
